How to become a supplier

In order to ensure openness and efficiency of procurement for TAVROS Group enterprises, all information on ongoing procurement is published on the official website of the company. Information on direct purchases of raw materials and materials for production is indicated in the Direct Purchases section. Send commercial offers to the addresses indicated in each specific category.

Purchases of other goods and materials, works, services are made through an electronic trading platform. You can get acquainted with the list of open tenders and submit a commercial offer on the page Current tenders of the TAVROS Group.

Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the tender of the TAVROS Group and the subsequent conclusion of an agreement is the provision of a package of documents for verification of counterparties. Suppliers submitting proposals without the required documents will be disqualified.

Constituent documents

A copy of the registration certificate certified by the counterparty;
A copy of the TIN certificate, certified by the counterparty;
Copy of the Articles of Association certified by the counterparty.

Powers of the person who will sign the contract

Minutes of the general meeting of participants on the appointment of the director or the decision of the sole participant;
Power of attorney for the right to sign for the person who will sign the contract (if the contract is not signed by the head).
